Returns:
Are allowed within 15 days. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.  Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order via

Delivery Times:
Please allow 1-5 working days for processing and shipping your order. Delivery times will vary depending on your delivery address. Within UK it should be next day delivery once shipped, EU should be under 5 working days and other international orders under 10 working days. Shipper - UPS.

Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations:
My shop doesn’t accept order cancellations.

Collection as a delivery option (only London area):
When checking out, please leave a note with your tel. number so we can arrange time and place where to do the exchange.
